Here, as you can see the numbers in the double curly brackets such as {{1}}, {{2}}, {{3}} and so on and so forth are dynamic values. These dynamic values are the personalization parameters for each user.

For example, here if you write the value of 1 as $FirstName then all the users will receive the message with their first name. For the event name value if we write $event_name, all the users will receive the message with their registered event name. Also, if you want to send the WhatsApp Broadcast for a particular campaign, you can write the exact name of the campaign itself. Like, value 2 can be “WhatsApp Marketing” event.

Similarly, all the parameters values can be configured according to the use case and intent of the WhatsApp Broadcast. In the ‘Media’ section, you need to put the URL of the media which should be hosted somewhere on your website. The ‘File Name’ is the name that will appear to the user after downloading.

How much time does it take the WhatsApp Broadcast Message to get delivered to the users?

The WhatsApp Broadcast Message is sent to the users straight away as you shoot the campaign. There is no delay.

But, let’s suppose you are in Tier 1 category i.e. having a daily limit of sending WhatsApp Broadcast to 1000 unique users and you send a Campaign to 1500 unique users. In this case, first 1000 will receive the message straight away as you shoot the campaign. The remaining 500 will receive the message next day after completion of 24 hours.
