Is there any limit to the number of broadcast messages to be sent?

You can send Unlimited number of Messages to Unlimited number of Users using AiSensy.

But, here's the thing!

To send messages to an unlimited number of users, you need to reach the Max Tier Limit.

There are basically four Tiers.

Tier 1: Allow businesses to send broadcast messages to 1000 unique users on a daily basis (in the 24-hour slot)
Tier 2: Allow businesses to send broadcast messages to 10,000 unique users on a daily basis (in the 24-hour slot)
Tier 3: Allow businesses to send broadcast messages to 100,000 unique users on a daily basis (in the 24-hour slot)

Tier 4: Allow businesses to send broadcast messages to UNLIMITED unique users on a daily basis (in a 24-hour slot)

What if any businesses crosses the daily limit?

You can't send Broadcast to users over your Tier Limit. If you try to send the messages to users over the limit, you'll encounter an ERROR message.

For example, if a business is in the Tier 1 category with a WhatsApp Broadcast Limit of 1000 Users & tries to send WhatsApp Broadcast to 1500 unique users, you'll encounter an Error Message - "Audience size exceeding remaining quota, some messages may not be delivered."

You'll have to reduce the number of users to 1000 to successfully send the WhatsApp Broadcast.

How to increase the WhatsApp Broadcast Limit?

The only way to increase the WhatsApp Broadcast Limit is by getting promoted to the next Tier. This can be done only if:

1. The quality rating is not low.

2. The cumulative amount of unique users the business sends notifications to add up to twice its current messaging limit within a 7-day period.

See the charts below to understand how a business moves to the next Tier.
