What are Tags in AiSensy?

"Tags” allow you to filter your audience, enabling you to filter them on the basis of customizable events such as "Qualified leads", "Unqualified leads", "event name" etc.

For e.g. you wish to Broadcast messages to invite users to an event "Conversations". So, while adding the contacts in the Google sheet, you can add the tag "Conversations" to these users and upload them to AiSensy.

Now, after uploading the contacts, all you need to do is apply the filter & under tags select "Conversations". All the users you uploaded will come up in the contacts.

What are User Attributes in AiSensy?

The attributes are considered as the qualifying parameters of the users based on which you can easily categorize a particular set of users.

E.g. Name, email, Tags, Country & many more.

Here's an example: Let's say you wish to send a Broadcast to new leads. While adding the leads to AiSensy, you assign a Tag named Lead to all the contacts & upload the contacts to AiSensy.
